30 degrees.

Equals the difference in temperature from Miami to Chattanooga, TN. Yep we've made it to Tennessee already. Along the way we stopped at High Falls State Park just south of Atlanta which was a nice way for us to stretch our legs and get Hank out of the car. He absolutely loved it. We definitely have a nature loving dog... to say the least.

It's now a few hours after that and we have stopped in Chattanooga to try out the food and beer of The Terminal Brewhouse. The Terminal is a 4-story brew-pub located on the outskirts of Chattanooga. The pub is a nice and simple brick and dark-wood corner building with old wood tables, high windows creating a lot of natural light, and some local art and posters adorn the walls. The beer is good and brewed on site. We started off with the Espresso Porter and their IPA, both of which were delicious. We ordered the sampler as our second round and so far the Southsidenstein Oatmeal Stout is beating all the others down for the love of my tastebuds but the White Shadow Belgian Wit is nipping at its heels. Meanwhile the Magnum IPA has taken over Jena's heart but only until she meets the Fitger's Brewhous IPA once again. The food was good, not great, but satisfying none the less. Jena ordered a burger with sweet potatoe fries and I picked the black-bean burger and fries. The black-bean burger was comfortable by that I mean it held together well and still had nice flavors but didn't wander outside the box.

After we finish here and deal with the black ball of energy which is Hank we will continue on towards St. Louis. Why St. Louis you ask? Because our good Mangolandia friends wrote an excellent review about the City Museum there and also told us how awesome it is so we have decided to take a quick detour on our way north.
