Hank in Snow.

Duluth - blizzard time.

We are now in Duluth for a week or so due to chance circumstances and awesome friends. So if you are in Duluth get a hold of us so we can do stuff together like - snowboard, x-country ski, walk dogs, drink beers, go biking, and eat good food.

Montanita

Couple photos from our first couple days in Montanita, Ecuador. There will be more photos coming soon from Jena's camera all you have to do is send her a bunch of messages about how you want to see her photos.

Peru: Odds and Ends.

 We stopped in and checked out a Museum in Lima which had a bunch of indigenous  artifacts.

I don't fit in the mini buses in Peru.

Hiking Huayna Picchu at Machu Picchu

So we ended up getting lucky and getting tickets which allowed us to hike up to the peak of Huayna Picchu ("Young Peak" in Quechua). Huayna Picchu is a sheer peak which rises above Machu Picchu where the Incans built more temples and look out points at the very top.

Huayna Picchu is the peak hanging in the clouds.

   

14 Days

So in the last two weeks I have:

Surfed, Snowboarded, Roadbiked, x-country skied, been on two continents, traveled 7000+ miles, been at sea level, been at 10,000 feet, and generally had an amazing time.

 

Granite Peak, still killing it this year.

 

Feel like taking a back road.
